Introduction

In this case study, we will explore the enhancement of the visual identity and communication of Conkreta Robotics, a rapidly growing company in the technology sector based in Bologna.

Through a series of graphic design projects, web development, and digital communication strategies, we worked together to strengthen the brand and optimize the company’s online presence.

Our main objective was to create a cohesive and modern corporate image, reflecting technological innovation and integration with everyday life.

Company Background

Conkreta Robotics is a cutting-edge company specializing in robotic solutions and industrial automation. Their mission is to provide innovative technologies that enhance the efficiency and safety of production processes. At the beginning of our collaboration, Conkreta Robotics needed to improve the visual consistency of their promotional materials and update their website to better reflect their technological values and objectives.

Early Challenges

The main initial challenge was the lack of consistent promotional materials and an up-to-date website that adequately represented the company’s identity. Conkreta Robotics required a comprehensive redesign, which included creating brochures and flyers for a significant trade fair, enhancing existing graphic materials, and developing an effective digital communication strategy.

1. Print Graphic Material

The initial phase of the project involved creating a series of brochures and flyers for Bologna Fiere, following the company’s existing design guidelines.

2. Update website

To strengthen the visual identity of Conkreta Robotics and improve the effectiveness of their digital communication, I carried out a collection of exclusive photographic and video material directly on site.

Thanks to the exclusive material collected, it was possible to enrich the website, brochures, flyers and social channels with high-quality images and videos. This significantly improved visual appeal and engagement, giving customers a clear and detailed view of the company’s solutions.

3. Upgrading the website

Following the creation of promotional graphic material, I proceeded to redesign the Conkreta Robotics website in WordPress, through a process of consultation, collection of photographic material and proposal of new layouts.

Various features of the site have been implemented including the possibility of consulting the site in English, the possibility of contacting the company directly via a dedicated form, and the creation of a dedicated news section.

4. Digital Communication Strategy

The digital communication strategy aimed to enhance Conkreta Robotics’ online presence and engage with its audience effectively. This involved integrating various digital platforms such as MailChimp for newsletters, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube for social media engagement. Additionally, the strategy focused on regular content updates, interactive features, and targeted communication to maintain brand visibility and relevance in the industry.

Final thoughts

In summary, the collaboration with Conkreta Robotics has led to a significant improvement in the corporate image and digital communication. Through a strategic and integrated approach, we managed to achieve the set objectives, improving the company’s image and compacting the brand from a visual and content point of view. The tangible results obtained demonstrate the importance of a coherent design and a well-defined communication strategy. Looking to the future, we foresee further developments and improvements in our collaboration, continuing to explore new opportunities to innovate and grow together.
